Excellent Service And Great Location
friendly staff great location
The breakfast was excellent , with fresh and tasty options served directly to the table. The staff were always friendly and helpful , especially Mr Adem who assisted with luggage. I felt very well taken care of , it exceeded my expectations. The team wants to help, they are very efficient.

The hotel enjoys a good and calm location , yet it is not too far from the metro station. It provided convenient access to different parts of the city. This made exploring simple and fast.

The staff was always kind and helpful . The hotel manager mustafa created an amazing team , they were always on hand to assist with any requests. I felt at home there.

The breakfast was very nice , everyone should try it. It had a selection of traditional turkish items. It was yummy. All hotel crew always there to help, it gives great atmosphere to the clients.

a satisfactory experience.
convenient location good breakfast sewage smell delayed cleaning
The location is convenient. it allowed easy access to shops and transport. the breakfast offered a very good start to the day. It kept me full for hours.
the pool area smelled like sewage. i also had difficulty getting the room cleaned one day. i informed the reception, but the service was not performed until much later.

kind staff supermarket ordering professionalism
the hotel's proximity to the main shopping street was convenient and a bonus. the hotel allowed me to order directly through them. the staff were kind and helpful. i found their professionalism particularly excellent
the area where the hotel is located felt a little insecure.

loose screws shower water
i was a little disappointed. the provided kettle sat directly on the floor with no available surface. the shower water seemed to pool because of an incorrect floor inclination. i also found the bunk bed to be somewhat unsafe as the screws felt loose.
